Archie Scott offici- ating. The Epsom Choir will provide special music. Sunday School meets at Utica at 10:15.a.m. At Epsom United Church on Good Friday at 8 a.m., breakfast will be served, followed by a half hour service of meditation con- ducted by Mr. Mike Ward. All from Utica are welcome to attend these services. Remember the Dofasco Male Chorus concert on April 11th at. Uxbridge Secondary School. There are still tickets available. The concert is being spon- sored by Epsom-Utica and Uxbridge Churches. Mr. and Mrs. Hillis Wilbur and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Brown travelled to Mitchell on- Sunday where Todd and Charlie were play- ing hockey. This is the 2nd game of the best 3 out of 5 series for the Ontario Finals in the "C" division that the Port Perry team have won. Area cubs participate in Trees for Canada Area cubs and scouts will participate in a Canada- wide "Trees for Canada" project, designed to give all cubs and scouts the oppor- tunity to demonstrate through action their concern for their country. The Pine Ridge District Council, along with boys, leaders and parents, will be planting 6000 trees on a lot on Scugog Island on Satur- day, May 7 as their part of the project. In its second year as a national project Canadian Scouts planted over two. million trees. The - boys involved received practical' training in conservation and reforestration enabling "them to see the results of _ their work. "Trees for Canada" is a fund-raising project. The funds raised through this - project have been used to help further scouting in our community and meet other local needs. .
