Something DIFFERENT for breakfast - how about grilled cheese sand- wiches? or fish sticks with Mexican hot sauce? And fresh fruit of some kind is a must for 'most 'people. - Medium or small ava- cados will usually be more flavourful than big ones. The Japanese cut zuc- chini into julienne strips and saute with onions cut the same way. Toss with toasted sesame seeds. Easy, no-cook cheese pie: mix two 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, two cups of any flavour yogurt, and half a cup of honey; pour into a crumb crust and refri- gerate. Great with fruit topping. Master Robbie Brayley is off to camp Samac today Tractor rollovers fatal by Murray Emke " Tractor rollovers account for the highest number of farm machinery-related fatalities in Ontario. Last - year, - tractor roll- overs accounted for 15 farm fatalities (28 percent of the total fatalities). - Sideways tractor rollovers are the major cause of fatalities. To avoid them, set wheels at the widest possible set- ting for the job, lock brake pedals together before high speed travel, and match the speed to operating condi- tions and loads. It is important to avoid crossing steep slopes, if possible. Watch for depres- sions on the downhill side and bumps on the uphill side. To help maintain stability, keep the front-end loader as low as possible during transport. Rearward tractor roll- overs, although less fre- quent than sideway roll- overs, are almost always fatal. The tractor can hit the ground in less than 1% seconds after the front wheels begin rising. To prevent backward rollovers, use weights to increase the tractor's stability. It is important never to hitch a Monday to Friday 10am IOP M™ Saterday - § 0am fos 00pm Sunday - 0am 0900p m 985-3655 load high than the tractor drawbar.
