Last summer with the as- sistance of the Regional Planning department, Scu- gog Township completed hamlet studies of Utica and Nestleton, and the district plans have since been ap- proved by the Ministry of Housing. Once the district plans for Blackstock and Caesarea have been completed, public hearings will be held in the two communities to give residents an opportunity to comment and suggest any changes. It will then be up to Scu- gog Township to assess any changes that may be pro- posed by the local citizens, and when this process is completed the plans are for- warded to the Ministry of Housing for official approval.
