Le Three separate accidents in Scugog Township over the weekend caused extensive property damage and re- sulted in charges of failing to yield being laid against two drivers. : About $5000 damage was sustained - by two cars involved in an accident at 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Region Road Two and the Seagrave sideroad. The driver of one car, Gordon Cousins of Coboconk, suffered minor cuts and lacerations, as did his wife Amy. About 6:00 p.m. on Decem- ber 9, a two car accident at the intersection of Regional Roads 21 and 23 resulted in about $1500 damage to.cars driven by Tyson Bruce of Lindsay and Heather Messant of R.R.2 Oshawa. Both drivers were treated at hospital for minor injuries. Bruce has been charged by COCCI CACC C00C DCC) police with failing to yield. An accident about 12:30 the same day involving a dump truck and a half-ton on Simcoe Street in Prince Albert caused about $500 damage. There were no injuries to the drivers, John Martens of Prince Albert and John Espley of Port Perry. No charges were laid.
