It was the Ontario County Junior Farmers church service. He told us of 7 year old "Peter" who came to their summer camp. He could not hear, speak or even walk. Mr. Rumball's tiny daughter befriended him, helping him and now much later he Can Walk! and is a person with "A Place to Stand'. The new school and home for the deaf will open on Bayview Avenue on April 6th and is owned by The Church For The Deaf.
