Mr. and Mrs. George Harper visited her aunt, Mrs. Myrtle Tink at Courtice on Sunday afternoon. Visitors with the Wm. What may very well be an event in the history of Utica occurred on Saturday when Gene, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Robinson and Terri, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Doug Scott, were married in the Breadalbane Presbyter- ian Church. This church has 'been closed for several decades except for the annual decoration service. Congratulations to this young couple who I believe are from the Oshawa area. Mr. and Mrs. Eric Carre and children spent the week- end at Thornbury with her =MASTERFEEDS parents Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hinchcliffe and on the way home stopped in to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Locke and children in Newmarket. There were 16 tables of euchre played on Friday evening. Prizes went to Ladies 1st Elsie Taylor, 2nd Bernice Wells and low Violet Luke.
