Men's 1st Irwin Kydd, 2nd Bessie Spencer and low to Morley Sellars. Freeze-out winners were Irwin Kydd and Nora Prentice with Mr. and Mrs. J. Poots coming in 2nd. There will be another euchre this coming Friday as the Community Club are going to start running euchres every Friday for the summer. Miss Mayneord of Peterborough - gave the message on your talents and favoured the large congrega- tion by whistling three hymns accompanied by Mrs, Linda Hunter on the piano. We wish to thank the Greenbank Public school choir and their leader Mrs. Shier also the Sunday school juniors and their leaders, Mrs. J. Cook, Mrs. N. Raines and Mrs. V. Foster. ' There is no church or Sunday school at Greenbank next Sunday. It is Pinedale Anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. J. Couperth- waite, Robert and family were at a 100th birthday party in Toronto on Sunday. -Mrs. Thomas the birthday girl is Margaret's Aunt. Mrs. Denise Carr accompanied the Epsom Kindergarten class to the Metro Zoo on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Eric Carre and children were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Locke and family in Newmarket. "Mr. and Mrs. Duncan McCartney are the proud parents of a baby boy last week. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Howsam attended the graduation exercises of their daughter Heather at Guelph University last Thursday. Heather received her B.Sc. in Fisheries and Wild Life and is residing in Guelph and employed at the African Lion Safari in Rockton. Douglas Dusty, Chris- topher Cookman, Michael Gibson and Rick Perry were entertained at a hockey party in Prince Albert Hall last week. The George Stone Realty presented each boy with a jacket. Mr. Gary Lee, Charlene and Kelly with Mr. and Mrs. Murray Lee for a few days. There will be a community shower for Debbie Lee on Saturday June 20th in the afternoon at her home. Mrs. Frank Innis was one of the Women's Institute members from Ontario, south who demonstrated quilting at the Erland Lee Home, Stoney Creek, last week. Prof. Warren McCready has arrived home from a ten day visit to the east coast. While in Halifax he attended a convention for Professors in Spanish. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Howard McMillan who were married 60 years on June 8th.
