This doesn't even consider all the out of town people that are counting on that pool. Residentially, Port Perry and Prince Albert are grow- ing, and that in itself is good. But with houses come people - people who will financially keep this town developing. These people will expect a return! Those who have called "Port" their home for generations also have a stake in Poplar Park. Do we owe it to them now to remove one of the few facilities that have ever been available? One heck of awoman Dear Sir: She wears the title of Mother like a badge and puts her family first. She's as concerned about farming as she is about fashions. She's as interested in the market as she is in Front Page Challenge. She's as concerned about - heifers as about flowers. Somehow she finds time for everything. She helps at the museum, church,at any and all social occasions. She runs down for parts, to offer sympathy and first aid when things go wrong on the farm. : She can keep house (as a home), raise kids, make clothes and cookies, and keep the books. She's a helpmate, a handy- man and a hired-hand rolled into one. . She's as handy with the pick-up as she is with washer, dryer, stove and a pencil. She is always ready to help you with a decision, be it difficult or nitty gritty. She's counsellor, consul- tant and consoler. Her home is often without luxury, but never without love.
