They visited with the Brian Mount- joy family at Fruitland, British Columbia and Larry Hoskin at King's Domain, Lake Louise, Alberta. They enjoyed the excellent crop outlook especially in southern Saskatchewan from where Jean moved with her family in 1933 to Ontario after experiencing several years of disastrous drought, . hailstorms and grasshopper plague. The total crop in that final year from two quarter sections of land consisted of only six loads of hay gathered from a dried up lake bottom. Nursery School News Blackstock nursery school Scugog by Mrs. Earl Reader All over, "Back to school' as a period of preparation for many changes. It is viewed with mixed feelings of anticipa- tion, perhaps of relief for many parents, feelings of excitement, awe or even fear for the little ones, taking their first steps into the 'future, a proud feehng of growing up for the high schoolers, and for those entering college or finishing schools, a sense of responsi- bility in their choice of a career. For many who are fired of studies, there will be a struggle for a place in experience in the labour force. This also becomes a period of new beginnings in church work involving organized groups and youth groups. New leaders are frequently required to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm for this dedicated work. Opening soon be announced.
