Percy, Oshawa were united in marriage in Blackstock United Church, Saturday, Sept. 5, 1981. Rev. J.T. Irwin officiated at the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Swain of Blackstock. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Percy of Hastings, Ontario. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a chapel train gown in chiffon with Wedgewood and Alencon lace, and a match- ing head piece. Mrs. Betty Lou Cowen of Whitby - was matron-of- honor. Bridesmaids were, / Diane Clement of Durham, Ont., and Juanita Amos of Toronto. Kari Anne and Kimberly Mountjoy of Fruit-. vale, British Columbia were flower girls. ' Dr. Steven Gold of Oshawa was best man. Ushers were Tom Percy of Hastings and Robert Swain of Blackstock. 'The reception was held at Blackstock Recreation Ocho Rios, Centre.
