Legion Honours Old Bills These two fine gentlemen are representatives of the reason Branch 419, Royal Canadian Legion hold their annual Old Bills Night. The two 1st World War Veterans were among about 25 that attended the honour last Saturday night. Fred Cavanah [left] represented the Old Bills at the head table and is seen here with Bob Talon of Uxbridge. Ann McGregor from Brae- side, Ontario, came down Thursday to visit her sister, Beth Pereman, on Friday, Ann and Beth left for Guelph and spent the weekend with another sister, Roxanne. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Love were in Toronto last week attending the annual Sports- man Show. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Diagle were among the many at the home of Gerri McClure on Scugog Island Sat. evening. Gerri, hosted a party for the cast of 'Of the fields Lately" which played at the Town Hall last month. And speaking of the Town Hall, coming in May the Borelians club will be staging another production this time the play is "Busy- body." Terry Hodgins will be in this so it will be worth seeing. Word was received in Prince Albert late Sunday that Mrs. Ida Banks (nee Hartry) had passed away. Ida in recent years made her home in Hamilton but her girl hood days were spent in Prince Albert. In 1907, Ida was among the 22 that formed Prince Albert choir and Ida is the last of these 22 to go.
