Robbie is spending a few days in the hospital in London, Ontario after being sent there from Army Camp for an emergency operation. He is fine now and will be coming home at the end of this week. Also my nephew Lorne Haynes from Calgary is here to visit for the month of July. Mrs. Betty Conroy from Willowdale was up to visit Mrs. Phylis Wray for a few days last week. They had a good time visiting old friends and neighbours. Phylis also had her grandchildren Lisan and Ean Blom from Shelburne for the weekend. Our Seagrave Squirts are winners again. They played Port Perry Star in Port Perry last Wednesday and won 17 to 14. There was three home runs by Matt Durward. Davis Watts and Lee Beacock. Good game boys! Carol Kane and Marilyn Beacock hosted a baby shower for Kathy Beer from Scugog Island at the Beacock's on Sunday after- noon. Don and Marilyn Beacock and family were at the Magic Car in Oshawa on Saturday night for the occasion of Bryan and Judy Beacock's 10th anniversary. Good dinner and a good time were had by the whole family. Congratulations Bryan and Judy!
