Reserve a space by J. Gilchrist - Visitor Services Programmer For the past four years selected parks have been operating a reservation system for campers. Approximately 30 per cent of the total sites in the park are available in this manner, the others are available on a first come- first serve basis. The reservation system is ideal for those persons faced with a long drive to the park of their choice. It is not possible to reserve a specific site number in Lindsay District's parks since someone may already be assigned to that site. However, it is possible to specify electric or non- electric sites. Reservations should be made directly with the park of your choice either by tele- phone or by mail. The non- refundable fee for this service is $2.00 on top of your regular camping fee. Tele- phone reservations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the date required and mail in reservations should be accompanied by a cheque or money order. the Soce o A Glendette ® Renovations ® Rentals ®Used Trailers ® Used Motorhomes YOUR GOOD NEIGHBOUR DEALER HWY. 7A - PORT PERRY 985-9151 Also this year in the photography classes, the Port Perry Legion is award- ing new prize money for highest points. Ed Olsen of Bell Canada told the Star - the new ducts will provide more service to Scugog residents since more cables will be accessible. The ducts are installed in groups of six and will prevent further digging up of the road when more cables are needed in the area. About two more weeks are needed to complete the work.
