On Friday afternoon, Gerald Phinney of Burks Falls called on the Houghlands. Donald and Kathy Trump of Toronto spent a week's vacation with Cathy's mother, Helen Goslin. They visited one day with Helen's father and Mrs. M. F. Knapp at "a Vanastra. Then last Sunday, the Goslin family enjoyed a corn roast at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Goslin of Blackstock. Happy Birthday greetings to Ruth Ash- ton, Sept. 14. The family were all home on Sun- day to celebrate Ruth's 70th birthday.
