Pumpkin Muffins pumpkin 2 cups all-bran 1 cup skim milk powder (not liquid) 1% tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 3 pkgs. sugar substitute METHOD: Beat eggs and water together and set aside. In a larger bowl, mix by spoon all the rest of the ingredients -- add egg mixture and mix by spoon. Pam spray 18 muffin tins.
