Every Christmas, after Christ was born, people celebrated it by having turkey, plum pudding and many other delicious foods. On Christmas Eve, Santa leaves the North Pole to start his trip around the world to give gifts to all the good boys and girls. On Christmas Day people give gifts and receive them. . Itis a happy and joyous time, and people are laughing and singing carols at other people's front doors. Outside, the snow is falling and children are playing and people are having sleigh rides. There are people cross- country skiing and snowmobiling. It is lots of fun at Christmas. It is also a time to remember friends and relatives who live far away.
