hn HIP ------ Youthin the arts week Oshawa District Council for the Arts is sponsoring a week in February as "Youth in the Arts' week and has requested submission of the artwork from students of Leslie A. Parkes. On February 23rd, during a musical recital at O'Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute, the artwork will be display- ed throughout the audit- orium. Then, they will be moved to McLaugh- lin Public Library at the Civic Centre to hang during the week of Feb- ruary 28th.
