Congratulations to all ys and everyone in- vglved on the Port Perry tom All Star Team (Malmont Farms). They came from behind, in their best of seven playoff series, to defeat the Napanee team and won the Eastern Ontario Championship!!! Also, congratulations to the Port Perry Figure Skating Club who held their annual Ice Car- nival, with the theme be- ing "The Circus." All boys and girls skated ex- tremely well and treated a large crowd to a great show. Thanks to those who spent many hours putting this excellent show together!!! Don't forget the beef supper to be held at the Seagrave Church this Wednesday, April 17th. While the supper is in progress, the Scouts and Cubs will be enjoying another evening of swim- ming at Uxpool, starting at 6:00 p.m. The Green- | bank/Seagrave Scouts enjoyed a very suc- cessful Father/Son camp at the Haliburton North Adventure Base this weekend. Rumour has it that all particpants were going home Sunday night for a well deserved rest after a weekend full of activities. Important Notice: The Greenbank/Seagrave Group Committee will be holding a meeting on Thursday, April 25th at the Seagrave Church at 7:00 p.m. It is essential that every parent with children involved in Scouts, Cubs, and Beavers attend as there iS a strong possibility that without more parent support at the Commit- tee level, we will not have a Scout, Cub or Beaver group in our area - next year.
