Mrs. Donna Robison and Miss Kathy Robison of Sacramento, Califor- nia, are visiting Mrs. Crosier. Mrs. Marjorie Honey and Mr. Bruce Beare were dinner guests with them on Sunday. Billand I were at our cottage in Haliburton on the weekend to join with Dorothy, Dennis and family who are holiday- ing there, and with son Charlie from Kingston and Susan Hughes of Toronto and we all en- joyed a couple of days of remembering how to water ski after an absence of a couple of years. Needless to say even I took a header off the slalom ski the first time around. Church service for the charge this week is at Goodwood at 9:30 a.m. Euchre results on Fri- day evening were Ladies 1st Dorothy Catherwood, 2nd Lena Ogden and low Ruth Beach. Gent's 1st William Carnegie, 2nd Francis Hockley and Er- nie Luke was low. Freeze-out winners were Violet and Nelson Cole, 2nd were Elsie Taylor and Bea Harrison. There will be another euchre this week at 8 p.m. in Utica Hall. Mrs. Olive McCartney visited with Mildred Thompson on Thursday afternoon. Mildred was a dinner guest with her brother Murry and Mrs. Kirton on Saturday and visited with Phyllis Clarke in the evening. Lorne and Eileen Slute spent a few days at the Cruikshank cottage at Coe Hill this past week.
