Set aside for about 30 minutes to dry completely. Prepare and set out an assort- ment of candy decorations and colored Decorating Frosting in decorator bags. Spread plain frosting on one side of Cookie Lollie, then use yellow or brown frosting along the top of the cookie for curly or straight hair. Make eves, nose, hats, etc., with other colored frosting or candies. Decorate back of cookie with small amount of frosting to repre- sent hair. Preparation time: 1 hour Setting time: 30 minutes DECORATING FROSTING In a bowl, beat together 1/2 cup (125 ml) Duncan Hines Creamy Frosting and 1 medium egg white. Stir in 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) icing sugar until thick enough to hold a mounded shape but stll thin enough to pipe through a de- corator tip. Divide frosting among several small dishes. Stir in drops of food coloring to obtain the colored frostings desired for de- corating cookies. Makes 21 2 cups (625 mL) frosting. 20" GREETINGS.
