Its a great time to get an introduction to Port Perry's oldest and largest karate club, established in 1971. Find out about summer and fall registration. In August, members planned a sum- mer outing to a restaurant and to see a play at the Kawartha Summer Theatre, Lindsay. The usual award to Grade 8 student in Cartwright Central School for the most im- provement in writing. ..is to be given in June. The Erland Lee (Museum) Home is again asking for quilt - blocks from each Branch. A twelve (12) inch block pieced or appliqued can be mailed in and these will be sold for $1 per block at the Museum Home. Also an information sheet was given each member to be filled in regarding our Organization and Agricultural concerns. These are to be returned at the July meeting. A very complete report of the District Annual held May 14, 1986, in 'Hampton, was given by the District Director, Mrs. J. Wygerde. A mo- tion was passed to pay the expenses of the voting delegates to the District Annual. The busy afternoon schedule was followed by a social hour...refreshments served by Mrs. - D. Frew, Mrs. R.
