At the closing the newly installed Matron Sister Elsie Wilbur expressed her appreciation to officers and members of Blue Ray for the honour conferred upon her and the Installing Board for the impressive ceremony. The Worthy Patron Brother Norm Mairs thank- ed the Chapter for the honour he received as W.P. for the coming year .. and added a little humour in his own inimitable style. He spoke briefly soliciting support of Chapter members. A very appropriate duet was sung by Bernice Mairs and Mabel Cawker for the occasion after all the officers were installed.
