Island (From page 27) from regular ministry is like most retired people, busier than ever. We remembered him taking an Annual Service at the Museum Church at the Head. No wonder he is so busy with so much enthusiasm and wit. After the service, of course, there was the usual social hour with refreshments. Next Sunday the guest speaker will be Rev. McIntosh of Oshawa. The next Coffee Hour will be at Port Perry United - November 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 and the guest speaker will be Shirley Brawn and many of us remember her meetings when her husband, Rev. Brawn was the minister. Some of us missed our rosy apples on Saturday. Maybe, since it was such a nice day, the boys ran out of apples or there weren't enough boys or drivers to cover the increased number of homes. However the response was good. Thanks to all who helped. We are pleased to hear that Bon- nie Gerrow will soon be returning home after her successful surgery in Toronto. We trust that Yvonne Appleton will soon be feeling better too.
