In addition to pro- viding essential second incomes, women often maintain their tradi- tional roles as wives and/or mothers. . In recognition of this socio- economic change and its impact on ° the family unit, Community Memorial Hospital has sponsored another educational series called, "Women and Business." "This program has been created to . provide people with the opportuni- ty to gain insight into the issues that surround women in today's business world. It is for people involved in all levels of the business world, from the woman who is thinking about returning to the workforce outside her home, to the entrepreneurial woman who fs working for someone else, to the entrepreneurial woman who has ventured out on her own.
