Written by noted playwright Leonard Gershe and directed by Carole MacNeil, this touching com- edy becomes an object lesson, can- didly portraying the brief moment when a blind young man develops his own self confidence, despite the influences of an overprotective mother and a street-smart friend next door. Borelians Who's Who Carole MacNeil Carole has been active in most Durham Region Community theatres over the past 15 years. She is most comfortable on stage as an actress, particularly in character roles.
