He said a new school site has not been approved and the School Board feels the by-law is premature. In handing down his findings, Mr. Rosenberg said he preferred the evidence of the defendents of the by- law and concluded that based on all the evidence submitted he felt that the proposed use for the lands is ap- propriate and in conformity with the Official Plan.
