The rain held off long enough on Friday evening for the first Port Perry Scouts and Cubs and some of their parents to enjoy a lovely campfire and corn roast at Nonquon Educational Centre, organized by their leaders. The Greenbank Ladies Lob Ball team ended the season as winners of the Sunderland Ladies Lob Ball Tournament, on Sunday, September 20. It was a rainy championship game against Beaverton, but Green- bank managed to find the ball, bet- ween the puddles, and win 4-0.
