This was a hard fought game with Utica scoring the winning goal in the last few seconds of the game. Utica"s goals came from Murray Down and Ken Lynde with assists going to Wayne Church and Murray Down. Oddfellows goal was by Wayne Lown assisted by Dave Canning. B & L Donuts shut out Goreskis 2-0. Both goals were scored by Eric Kristensen assisted by Brian Mikkelsen. Blackstock, undefeated, have stretched their winning streak to _ four games shuting out Emmersons 5-0 with the game being marred by numerous penalties. Goals came from Tom Wotten, Rick Bayard, Ron Redman and Ron Wagg with assists from Ron Wagg, Tom Wot- ten, Ron Short, Ron Redman and Wayne McGuigan. PeeWees on a roll The George Stone Realty Pee Wee B's opened their season Thursday night in Millbrook in an impressive fashion posting a 9-1 victory. The Stone gang got off to a sluggish start falling behind 1-0 in the first period. The boys caught five through in the second period and never looked back scoring 9 unanswered goals. Brendon Agnew was the big sniper notching a hat trick. Billy Sandiford and Sean McEnaney each pitched in with 2 goals while Corey Bricknell and Adam Johnston add- ed singles markers. Jody Logan played the role of playmaker with 3 assists. Ken Winslow, Chad Gar- vock, Corey Bricknell, Jeff Card, Sean McEnaney and Mike Sluggett all picked up 1 assist. Matt Willetts was sharp between the pipes when rested. On Saturday night the boys had their home opener playing a team from Omemee. Once again they fell behind early in the first period before storming back with 11 unanswered goals to win 11-1. Once again the second period pro- ved to be Port's best as they match- ed Thursday's total with 6 and 3 in the third period. Scoring for Port in this game were Chad Garvock, Billy Sandiford, Steve Desautels, and Brendon Agnew all with 2 goals. Adam Johnston, Corey Bricknell and Ken Winslow all added single markers. Jeff Card picked up 4 assists in this game while Billy Sandiford, Jody Logan and Sean McEnaney added 2. Chad Garvock, Lindsay Parry and Brendon Agnew all chipped in with 1 assist. Steve Stiles played a good game in the net for Port making the big save when called upon. After 2 league and 3 exhibition games the Stone gang looks like they should be a force this year. The boys already look like they are in mid-season form. Making up the Stone team are ; goaltenders Matt Willetts and Steve Stiles. Defencemen: Corey Bricknell, Mike Sluggett, Darrell Vanderslagt and Lindsay Parry. Forwards: Brendon Agnew, Jody Logan, Ken Winslow, Sean McEnaney, Steve Desautels, Adam Johnston, Chad Garvock, Billy San- 5 diford and Jeff Card. The team is coached by Peter Christie and he is assisted by Sandy Garvock, Jamie Menzies and John Lally. The boys next home game is Saturday, October 24 at 8:45 p.m. 1 against Bewdly.
