Manvers opened the scoring but Van Camp answered back with three goals from Ryan Puckrin, Kevin Hobbs and Matthew Philips. Assists for the goals went to Kevin Hobbs, Philip Donnelly and Ryan Williamson. Manvers ended the se- cond period with another goal. Matthew Philips opened the scor- ing in the third period with an unassisted goal. Manvers closed to within 1 goal with three minutes re- maining to play. Kevin Hobbs add- ed an insurance goal for Van Camp just thirty seconds later. Jason Robinson collected an assist on the goal. The final score was Van Camp 5 -- Manvers 3. Trevor Smith, Matthew Baxter, Dwayne Marrison and Michael Morden turned in a solid effort working on defence for Van Camps. Martin Wannamaker came up with key saves in goal when needed.
