Brown's Sanitation, which now keeps its garbage trucks on property on Scugog Island, has applied for a re-zoning to move to a parcel of land just west of the Springwater Trailer.Park on High- way 7A. The re-zoning application was given approval about a month ago by Township council, but the matter could end up in front of the Ontario Municipal Board for a fi- nal decision. Several property owners in the nearby area have also lodged official objections to the re- zoning.
