The 5th meeting of the "Blackstock Crazy Cooks" took place on Oct. 25th when both clubs met together. We were to have a guest speaker but he could not come. We discussed lamb, the reasons we eat it and the ways to cook it. The two combined clubs ~made Caesar Salad with Bacon and Dijon Lambchops. Although not many members had ever eaten lamb, we all agreed it was very good. After we washed the dishes, the meeting was adjourned.
