Through singing, hand ac- tions; movement poetry and per- cussion, small imaginations can grow and grow. Music and dance are intregrated in our 3rd New Program called Musical Move- ~ ment. Ghost Road (From page 12) Photo of light resembles a human figure. When a photograph they took of the light was enlarged, it re- vealed the fuzzy outline of what some people say is a human fig- ure bathed in a strong white light, an aura. "We were shocked, quite frank- ly," says student Richard Doug- las, who doesn't believe in the ghost. "It could just be a one-in-a- million sort of thing, but whatev- er that shape is, it's certainly co- incidental," it appears to be a hu- man form. On the video tape they produced, it has even more defini- tion and to have legs. John McClelland, editor of the Star, doesn't buy any of it. "It may be car lights, it may be a reflection, it may be some kind of optical illusion, but it's a real light from somewhere." Still, "people say they've seen the lights in the middle of a snowstorm and in the fog. You can't see three miles in a fog or a fairly heavy snowstorm." The Star's Olliffe and some as- sistants were dispatched to the scene one night in 1983 to get to the bottom of the story. Part of the group, with walkie- talkies and CB radios, set up on The Ghost Road. Olliffe and one other drove up and down the West Quarter Line. Their headlights soon appeared on The Ghost Road as one light floating out of the night sky. Olliffe and her companion stopped, turned off the headlights, and figured they'd put the phan- tom out of business. Then, the radio started chatter- ing. Okay, we see your lights," said a voice on The Ghost Road. "We don't have our lights on," ied Olliffe. ell, we see the light." There were no other cars on the road. Aaaaawwwwwo00000.
