Penny Reid, Operation Scugog chairperson, put out a plea for a new location--and late last week that plea was answered. The Port Perry Kinsmen Club has volunteered .a room in the basement of the Kin/Scout Hall on Lilla Street to be used by Op- eration Scugog as a food bank, rent-free. - Although Mrs, Reid says Town- ship Council still has to okay the move, she expects the food bark will start operating at the new lo- cation January 25. - "There is a happy ending," she told the Star Monday morning.
