John and Janet Foster, will lead the audience through an enter- taining and visually spectacular journey when they appear at Town Hall 1873. This program has been orga- nized the geography students at Port Perry High School and will appeal to nature lovers of all ages. John and Janet Foster are well known for their TV shows "To the Wild Country," and "Wild Canada." They are writers, film makers and still photographers who spe- cialize in nature and wildlife. Their show at Town Hall 1873 will travel into the remote regions of Canada and includes a remarkable trip to the frozen reaches of the Greenland Ice Cap. John and Janet have taken their cameras into just every re- mote corner of Canada. They have directed and hosted 24 one-hour TV shows, and are currently host- ing a new show. which began March 4 on TV Ontario. "On the Trail with John and Janet Foster" is seen Tuesdays and Saturdays on TVO. Keith Jones, of the PPHS ge- ography department is delighted that the Fosters have agreed to present this show in Port Perry. It will get underway at 8:00 PM on Friday, March J at the Town Hall 1873.
