It seemed that a lot of people were away enjoying the holiday weekend, as attendance was down on Sunday morning at Burns. Rev. McEntyre's sermon was titled "A. Prayer for all Seasons." Scriptures were read by Bill Gardner and Doug Ashton. Next Sunday's sermon will be "I Believe - with enthusiasm." The Board of Managers will meet im- mediately following church. Following the tour the ladies came back to Greenbank to the home of Tony Minton for the meeting. Roll Call was "Do you agree with the Young Offenders Act, if not what is wrong with it." The ladies from the W.I. were with the U.C.W. ladies giving a Birthday Party for May celebrants at the Port Perry Nur- sing Home on Thursday evening. After a short meeting, coffee and dessert was enjoyed. On Thursday, May 25, Green- "bank Womens Institute will host the Ontario South District Annual at the Church, with registration at 9:15.
