Last weekend was a hub of ac- tivity at the Murcott Tree Farm, on Towline Road when once again many from the surrounding area drove out to the farm, and had the fun of cutting down their own Christmas tree, which is spon- sored by the Brooklin District' Lions Club. This is a part of Christmas I personally enjoy as I see many come and go carrying the tree of their choice on the back of their car. Guess I'm privileg- ed to live so close by to all of this activity. By the way, the tree farm is open for the next two weekends for anyone to come out and cut their own tree.
