Two adults and two youth- ful offenders have been arrest- ed and are facing numerous charges including possession of stolen property, theft under $1,000, counselling to commit theft and conspiracy. Riyaz Nurani, 32, of Rex- dale, and Aaron Maurice Szi- manski, 18, of Oshawa have been charged. Restaurant owner charged with arson On October 15th, 1989 a fire broke out at a restaurant in downtown Oshawa, known as "15 King St. W." located at the same address. The fire had been set in a storage area on the east side of the restaurant. The building received approximately $30,000.00 damage and $20,000.00 to the contents. As a result of an extensive in- vestigation conducted by Durham _Regional Police, Arson Squad, Fire Marshall's Investigators and Oshawa Fire Department, the, manager/operator, Nicholaos Tsigaridas, 26 years, 55 William Street, East, Unit No. 513, Oshawa has been arrested and charged with two counts of Arson and one count of Cause Fire wilfully.
