And Ribcor agreed to hire a landscape planner to make rec- ommendations on whether cer- tain trees in the park should be removed. One item that is still being negotiated is an ashphalt walk- way through the park from Al- lan St. to Ash Street. Ribcor suggested it is pre- pared to pay $7,000 towards the cost of the walkway. Plans for a walkway from Sexton Street to Highway 7A have not materialized due to a lack of an easement over pri- vate property.
