Word was received on Wednes- day of the passing of Harold Brown of Binscarth, Manitoba. Uncle Harold was raised in this area and I would just like to pass this message on to all those who were his friends and grew up with him. Funeral services were held on Saturday. Gordon & Grace Kirk enjoyed a trip recently when they flew from Toronto to Calgary where they rented a car and drove to Edmon- ton for two days before driving back to Calgary. They then flew to Vancouver and drove to Chilliwack where they visited for a few days with a brother Harold and Mrs. Kirk, then flying back to Toronto. After a week's rest they are on the go once again, driving to Haileybury to spend a few days visiting with old friends.
