Police Chief will look into 'social prejudice charges by Judge Durham Region Police Chief Dave Edwards has or- dered a full investigation into criminal charges eight years ago, and subsequent civil pro- ceedings against three Regional Police officers. In a statement issued Octo- ber 26, Chief Edwards said he is greatly concerned about a re- cent court decision by Madam Justice Helen King MacLeod, in which $40,000 was awarded an Oshawa man and a woman.
