Lucky Draws; Fern Williamson, Vera Fawns, Jim Redman. Lone hand series win- ner Mary Williamson with eleven. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gibson of Coboconk called several families last Tuesday. Sympathy is extended to the Howard and Shirley Garvey ar- rived back on Sunday from Japan to visit with their mothers Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Garvey for a few days. It was very nice to see Rev. Charles Clarke take the Sunday morning church service in the absence of Rev. LePage. The choir sang two anthems. Rev. Clarke had a very good message for everyone. It was a very busy day at the church with their annual beef sup- per being served to about 250 peo- ple. The committee would like to thank everyone who helped in any way to make it a success again. Especially everyone who bought tickets. Halloween is an exciting time for the children so let us all be ex- tra careful if you are driving and watch for the witches, black cats, ghosts.
