General Motors of Canada dealers sold a total of 39,565 vehicles in October, a decrease of 5.0% over the 41,664 units delivered in the same month a year ago, reported Michael Erd- man, vice president of marketing. For the first ten months of the calendar year, combined passenger car and truck sales totalled 393,748. This is a decrease of 10.1% from the 438,194 units sold in the same period last year.
