I did write it out and even went in to take it into the Port Pery Star and then carried on to Oshawa. Mrs. Rick (Linda Thomas) was received into the Seagrave Church by transfer of membership from Salem United Church. Seagrave Church was closed this Sunday to enable our peo- ple to join with Pinedale at their anniversary service at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Don Asling was the speaker and there was special music by the mens quarter "Four Dads" of Ux- bridge. Next Sunday the service at Seagrave will be at 9:30 a.m. A reminder for the Seagrave Church Turkey Supper, in- cluding plum pudding and de- licious home made pies, will be held on November 6th.
