West Shore residents exercising both body and mind It’s never too late to get into an exercise routine. This is admi- rably demonstrated by a group of residents at the West Shore Retire- ment community who make use of treadmills, exercise bicycles as well as Monday and Wednesday ‘sit & stretch’ and Tuesday yoga instruction.
