Scugog residents recognized for contributions to their community Four Scugog Township residents were among those presented Community Service Medallions in a ceremony held last month at the Royal Canadian Legion, Port Perry. The Hon. Erin O'Toole, Member of Parliament for Durham, presented Community Service Medallions to George Emmerson, C. Ryan Edgar, Edward Groves, Kent Farn- dale and Ms. Hillie Carnegie, of Whitby.
