His free spirit led him to take a position with a publishing firm as an editor, a job which led him to become a commercial writer in print and eventually in the video industry. Baking and breadmaking has always been in Jim’s blood. His mom, Mar Gertrude Wills, was a fantastic baker. “We used to refer to her as a demon baker and a lousy cook,” Jim reminisced, smiling as he spoke. “She was an awesome baker, but was terrible when it came to cooking meals.
