Scugog Votes October 27, 2014 2014 Municipal Election Information Similar to previous municipal elections, the 2014 municipal election will be conducted using a Vote-by-Mail system. Voter kits will be mailed on October 2nd to every eligible elector on the Voters’ List. Completed kits can be returned through Canada Post until October 18th or dropped off at the Municipal Office until October 27th at 8:00pm.
