ASHES SCATTERED OVER BROADWAY New York, March 6, -- Three thoiisand feet above Times Square an airplane appeared like a golden beetle imprinted on the blue after- noon sky. Ashes, the remains of Walter Kingsley, theatrical publi- city man, were being scattered from the 'plane over Broadway where the man had so often walked and gone to and fro about his business. The disposal of the ashes of his body was according to his own re- quest; Kingsley wished not to be parted from Broadway.
