I saw my first robin on Fridey morning, March 8th. Crows have been very common since the second of March. The big fellow is known as the giant bullfrog (Rana goliath) of South Cameron afid French West Africa. In life it weighs about ten pounds. The lit tle one, called pigmy.frog (Phyilo- bates Iimbatus) weighs about one twenty-thousandth as much as the great frog. The pygmy frog is a native of Cuba.
