Ex-Alderman Dies Belleville.--Albert Robinson, for many years a resident of this city, former Alderman and successful mer- chant, passed away at his home, 28 Highland avenue, yesterday, after a lengthy illnss, H was born in Lon- don, Ontario, 35 years ago, and had resided in Belleville for the past 45 years, Dismantle Old Store Peterboro. -- Work on the dis- mantling and razing of the old Kingan hardware store in prepara- tion for the erection of the new Kresge building is being pushed with great speed. Atchison, appointed manager of the Yarker branch of the Bank of Montreal in succession to W. A, Reid, transfer- red to Athens, has latterly been temporarily in charge of the branch at Iroquois and before that was manager at Brinston.
